The team selection meeting is on this weekend subject to Army approval, I will confirm this by email later.
The meeting will start at 10 am both days.
We may have an extended Max on Saturday evening subject to conditions and approval by the Jury
A Jury will be selected by ballot before the event starts, they will make all the necessary decisions during the event.
